Leon's expertise spans both the private and public sectors, highlighted by his leadership in Strategic Finance at LinkedIn following its acquisition by Microsoft. He has also led financial transformations at high-growth startups like VSCO, scaling subscribers from 0 to 5 million, and steered turnarounds at firms like Touch of Modern, facilitating successful private equity exits.

He holds an MBA from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), a MS in Finance from Saint Mary's College of California and a BS in Business from San Francisco State University. Unlike traditional consultants who focus solely on day-to-day execution, Leon embeds with management teams to professionalize finance functions, delivering the strategic clarity needed to scale or pivot.

Toms Zvidrins is a former diplomat and seasoned venture strategist specializing in connecting European technology companies with Silicon Valley capital. He brings over 15 years of experience across entrepreneurship, venture capital, and fundraising — including two successful startup exits.

As CFO of AvaFin (ex-Creamfinance), Toms helped build the financial infrastructure behind the #2 Fastest Growing Company in Europe (Inc. 5000). For the past eight years, he has guided European founders through the U.S. fundraising landscape, building deep relationships with top-tier venture capitalists across the San Francisco Bay Area.

Toms holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and a BSc from the Stockholm School of Economics. He works directly alongside founding teams to sharpen their fundraising strategy, strengthen their investor narrative, and open the right doors at the right time.
